Last week, we talked about what it meant to feel your feelings and how important it is to emotional healing. Beyond that, feeling your feelings is an act of self love and a way to honor your heart.
What does it mean to actually feel your feelings? Simply put, it means to experience, sense, and observe the emotions present in your heart, gut, or body.
Like when your body heals a physical injury, there is a natural process to healing emotional trauma, but it is up to us to choose to put it into action. Are you ready to do the work to heal?
